luci_sandersLuci Chandler Sanders, Owner

Luci Sanders has over 25 years in the interior design industry. She has started and successfully maintained interests in a diversity of related concerns, including ownership of Interstate Timber Company, a pole manufacturing plant , building supply, paint , and commercial floor covering company. She also opened Interstate Interiors, Inc., a commercial and residential design firm. In 1992 Luci, sold Interstate Interiors, moved to Gulf Shores and started Chandler Design & Interiors. She has continuously engaged in the design and construction of commercial and residential endeavors. Luci has completed numerous commercial projects that include hotels, financial institutions’, restaurants, commercial offices, hospitals, nursing homes, airports, apartment buildings, high schools, and golf resorts. She has also completed countless condominium units, a multitude of high end private dwellings, and beach homes.

Luci’s philosophy has always been to work with the Client, bringing their vision to reality. She firmly believes that the Client’s wishes are top priority for her and her team and the Client’s participation is encouraged at all stages during the planning and implementation of the project.

 

freddie_sandersFreddie Sanders, Partner

Freddie has over 21 years experience in sales, marketing and management. After graduating from University of Southwestern Louisiana in Business Administration, Freddie began his career in the wireless industry. He began his career with McCaw Cellular in sales and became general manager within four years. After the company was acquired by AT&T, he served as general manager for the south Texas region based in San Antonio.

Freddie became a partner in Digiph PCS, a start up wireless company along the Gulf Coast in 1995. He served as vice president of sales & marketing and was responsible for the build out of the network, call centers and distribution channels before the company was acquired by T-Mobile.

He became a partner in Triton PCS in 1997, serving as regional president. The company owned cellular metropolitan service areas in Alabama, Mississippi, Kansas and Oregon before being acquired by Rural Cellular.

During his wireless tenure he was responsible for the build out of over 200 retail locations as well as the corporate and call center facilities before retiring from the wireless industry in 2001.

He has been a licensed realtor in Florida for over 6 years, working with Re/Max Southern Realty in Destin Florida. In addition, Freddie worked as vice president of construction for a Denver, Colorado development company for their Florida projects.
